When your excuses need and exit strategy

3 Steps to Unstuck

Three simple starting points to consider when becoming the best YOU possible!

A new day to be the best you
Allow Yourself to be the Priority
Congratulations, you did it!  You chose YOU!

You said "NO" to all the doubts, all the fears, all the excuses, and all the obstacles that have been standing in your way.  You are ready to start being the best you possible.

The vision for your day that you wake up believing is possible before the hours slip away and you tell yourself tomorrow might be a better, less busy day to begin. (been there, done that!)

Step 1: Make TODAY the day you become the priority.  Tell yourself you can do this.  Erase negative thoughts by speaking life into yourself. Tell yourself you CAN do this!

You deserve this. You deserve to be healthy, to be happy, to be well… You are worth it, my beautiful warrior!

Welcome The "Spill Over" Effect

Do you ever look at these aliens you live with & wonder how they got there and why they do the things they do?

Many people are afraid to put themselves first; make their well-being a priority.  They feel guilty and they use their family members as an excuse to put it off.

You’ve heard the saying that "if mamma ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy”. It packs more punch than we realize.  When we take, even small steps in these areas we will find more balance:
  1. Changing the things we put in and on our bodies
  2. Move more (aka exercise)
  3. Maintain routines
  4. Purify your home
  5. Prioritizing people over things
Step 2: Those steps might seem basic and maybe you've tried them before but this time....Here are a few tips:
 - Take your family with you. We will see our loved ones transformed before our eyes, into the people we always knew was hiding under those alien scales somewhere. It starts with you, Warrior…The gatekeeper of your home!
- Set SMART goals.  Small action steps or micro-goals; ones you can reach NOW.

Accountability not only keeps you on track but it’s a heck of a lot more fun!

Step 3: Make a list of three people that you can picture yourself taking this journey with.  People that will kick your butt when it needs kicking but will also make celebration sweeter!

1. Will it be a friend, your adult/teen child, your spouse, a neighbor, or a co-worker?
2. Try to think of someone that you know needs this as much as you do.
3. Have a discussion with each of them about your goals…who you want to be.
4. Ask them questions too.
5. Then, based on those discussions, choose one (or maybe two) to take this leap with you.

After all, Warrior, this is a battle and you need someone to have your back!  Celebrate every victory along the way.  Life is too short NOT to celebrate.  Remember, you are worth it!

Add these three powerhouse essential oils into a 10ml roller bottle, then top with a carrier oil of your choice. (recommendations: fractionated coconut, jojoba, avocado oil)

When making the recipe above, I must mention that it’s very important to understand the source
and know that not all essential oils are created equal
—you can’t just go out to a retailer and trust that you’re getting the “good stuff”.

Lucky for you, I’ve got a source I trust, not just for me, but for my whole family too!
They also have a powerhouse cleaner then enabled me to ditch ALL my chemical-laden toxic cleaners which made a
huge impact on my family.
